these day keep coughing, not feeling well tough
then thought of the concept of health, green something
and then google the meaning of colors,
meaning of flower colors etc etc.
what i found was
Green is the color of nature which also means good fortune and health.
thus, i choose green flower clay rods and green glitters as attachment.
(middle of the clay rod pinkish, but anyway i took it as green larh, hahaha i said it all ^^)
after few hours of polish, glue, paste, and at the same time write my fyp thesis,
here comes the masterpiece.
hahaha sounds like i am multitasking but actually more to procrastinate XD

sometimes blend with banana*thats superb!
never thought of one day i would become nutrition taker ^^
reason i am taking these is because
every morning after wake up i dont need to plan where to go and what to eat,
and... and they are low calorie, high nutrition
no goreng mee char kui tiao and fats anymore,
