Energy boosted week :

Joined  8km marathon,

get sweat and ran 64minutes,

and had met old and new friends ( :

 
the entrance wasnt luxurious decorated
but i am super happy when i reach the entrance
felt like im walking on red carpet wheee ^^Y

 
he been ran for 21km *le thumbs up*

 
and he been swim-bike-run combo! *le thumbs up plus jaw dropped*

race day leave 7-day more to go
