Ok nail post done. The following post is abt climbing experience with my Nyears never exercise friend..
The story is lik this..

my friend, yik has returned to M'sia from UK two weeks already but stil in da jet lag mode

so... v planned to wake up early, get some exercises hope can recover da problem.... 

Its true about 'never try never know', after experienced the climb,

i know what should do for any future climbing event..

Climbing Tips ✌

1. Must bring torchlight. If dont have, download touchlight app.

2. Must bring: Handphone, water, and towel.

3. Must wear long sleeves and long climbing pants. If not, u will see vampire.

4. Must not wear limited edition sport wear to climb. Especially after rain. *mud kill everything ☹

Start: 6am something. see nothing at all -.-

so everytime before he starts business at 6
